Not quite sure what a painted tattoo is but another option is to get a henna tattoo. They don't take too long to do and depending on the way that you clean and treat it afterwards, can last from 3 days to a month +. A good choice if you are unsure of a design.

okay, here are some simple steps. read closley.
step 1: you walk into the tattoo place
step 2: and you ask for a painted tattoo
step 3: (this one of the most important steps) they paint on the tattoo WITH PAINT, not a needle

I do not know much about spray paint tattoo, but you should do research on the subject, and when you do, ask these questions: Is this paint harmful to my skin? Will it remove when or if I want it to? Should I try something else? At the end, go over the data you have found, and ask yourself the question.

Most likely it's a Henna tattoo. They are usually brown, and is tribal. They last around 3 months.

I've got a painted tatoo before and it lasted almost 2-3 months. They are just as nice and not permanent.
