Accutane will work for sure. But there's potential side effects, especially if you are female.
But Accutane does work. And you sound like a good candidate for it. Go to a dermatologist.
Believe me, I tried everything before Accuate (tetracycline, peroxide, acne "surgery", etc...) Only Accutane worked.

go to the dermatologist and get acutne. Or go to a Mary Kay web site and get the miccrodermobrasion kit that has helped me a lot I have not had a break out in over a year. No its not just for woman.

don't smoke cigarettes, pot, or drink alot of alcohol, don't touch your face, don't over wash your face.
Try proactive that helps me or ask your doctor for doxycycline (antibiotic) that can help prevent scars.

Don;t eat and spicy food, choclates and cheese...it worked for me...im sure it will work for u..
