check the tires for out-of-round, some tires are bad and can't be balanced, take them back and demand ones that take no more than 1/2 oz weight :(

If the Tires are balanced right and the front end is aligned right, it's in the drive train or shocks. Check your Shock absorbers Front and rear. Check the U-Joints in the drive shaft. Check the Motor Mounts and transmission mount. Check the front wheel bearings. Check the front end, Tie rod ends, Upper and lower Ball Joints, Idler arm, Control arm bushings, Upper and Lower. It should be stiil under warranty. Sounds like you're having problems with the Ford Dealer. Take it to a reputable Lincoln Mercury dealer. They have a higher standard and reputation to uphold. I've had the same problem and ended up at the Lincoln Dealer to solve the problem.
One more note. You might have a bent rim or a bad tire. Also check your tire pressure. To much pressure will make the tire harder and you'll feel the bumps in the road.

You don't mention whether these are factory wheels or not. Sometimes, if the wheels or tires go bad, no amount of balancing will fix the problem.

I know I've been there with a 94 Ranger Splash EXT Cab I own. Couldn't balance or align with the OEM tires to save my life. upgraded to a set of Firehawks and never saw the problem again.

Try a new set of tires. And then try not to peel out as much.

1. The job was not done correctly.
2. It's not wheel alignment or balance that's causing the problem.

Vibration can be caused by many things: Bent driveshaft. Out of balance driveshaft. Loose or broken motor or trans mount. Bent harmonic balancer. Bent crankshaft. Out-of-round tire. The list goes on.

Could be absolutely anything.

vibration could happen if the alignment and balancing weren't done right or if any of your rims has a dent in it. if it happened during braking, you need new pads and rotors. Also driveshaft could cause vibration too.

So the best choice is to take it to a good mechanic.

There is no such thing as a GT with a V6. All GTs came with V8s. You might want to pop your hood. Real GTs came with a 150 speedo and V6s had 120. Hope you didnt get ripped off thinking you bought a GT.

are they stock wheels? There are hub centric and lug centric heels. If you buy after market you always want hub centric which mean they center on the hub with a close tolerence and lug centric center the wheel with the lugs they are not as precise and could be your problem over torqueing the lugs can also cause a vibration by pulling the rotor out of round

what kind of shape are your tires in? I had a jeep that no matter what I did it always vibrated and turns out the tires were warped. My friend had the same thing on her saturn and it was the tread seperating so try replacing the tires....yes that's expensive but maybe your problem!

Could be a bent rim or damaged suspension component.
Rotate the front wheels to the back and see if it goes away, if so, its a rim.
