If you read a lot on here everyone is asking how they can go back to IE6 as they are having problems with 7 or they just don't like it.

I would not download it for another year as Microsoft has been known to release things before they should and this seems to be the case here.

I would download Mozilla Firefox as your browser as it has a lot of what IE7 has without the security holes. Put side by side Mozilla is the better browser and had the functions of IE 7 long before it came out, hmmm it would appear Microsoft may have stolen some ideas from them, now that is not like Microsoft.

My opinion and others might disagree, but they don't have all the bugs worked out yet. I didn't like it and I've seen others here complain too, so stick with 6 for now. Go to remove programs and remove 7 and try again if you really want it.

Depends on the operating system.
Win XP (Pro, Home, and Media Center edition) can download and run that IE, but no other operating system...

1. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx

2. Click on the Download button towards the bottom of the page

3. It will take you to a page to validate your copy of windows with instructions on what to do

Note: If you have an illegal copy of windows, it might not install

Also try Mozilla Firefox, its the best browser in the market http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ (in my opinion)

You can also try Opera (the fasted they say) @ http://www.opera.com/
