Shouldn't only more mature Christians be attending as a way to celebrate their relationship with Christ while maintaining dialogue with other specific faith groups?

I would think the newer Christians would be confused by the variety of beliefs held by people from multiple backgrounds.

In my opinion you are wrong. The nondenominational church I go to at times just relies on readings from the Bible and music. There are not a variety of beliefs thrown in, just The Gospel. Jesus told people to watch out for organized churches because Satan can blend in better there. Some Christians need to get back to studying God's word and not relying on what a priest, pastor or minister tell them is God's word. I used to be Catholic until I actually read The Holy Bible and learned we were doing things wrong. It was like I became a Christian all over again when I left the Catholic Church. I'm sure a lot of other people going to nondenominational churches feel the same way I did. We were new Christians.

God Bless you and Merry Christmas.

I'm inclined to think that the non-denominational churches and Community churches are a great way to spread harmony and that for those who need the support of a church experience to carry them along week by week, this is the best choice for both the individual and for society as a whole.

If there was a greater interest in playing bridge or tennis, an active bridge club or tennis club would be even better mediums than churches for causing the of spread of brotherhood between differing ideologies.

While teaching the rituals and doctrines of Christianity is definitely not the way to achieve world peace and harmony, teaching people to fish efficiently might be a worthwhile endeavor - how about forming a community-wide Sunday morning fishing club as a better alternative?

Non-denominational covers a broad spectrum.... it must be up to the individual to determin if they are compatable with the individuals in the "church" in question. Shopping for a church is a difficult task...I only know this from what others have told me... I have been at the same independent concervative Baptist church since being led there by God after my Salvation.... I have attended other churches when on vacation or when I was working on the road... But I was not looking to change... I also attend another church on wend. Nights sometimes because they have good music and I know people who attend there... but I could not be a member because of some doctrinal differences... but I have been made welcome at every church I have visited...

All the nondenominational churches I've been to have their own bible based creeds they follow. Nondenominational churches are like protestants of the past they break away as they do not feel denominations are following the bible for one reason or another.
So no most any person wanting and seeking truth and worshiping God can go.

We don't sort out the people at the door who "should" be here and who should be elsewhere! Maybe the Holy Spirit does that in advance, when He call them.

Those who aren't set in stone about their beliefs so that they can pick the one they like the best.

In the end, you're religion doesn't matter so long as you're happy with it

I think you are confusing non-denom with intra-denom.

No one. If you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything.
