he's been a very close friend of mine... i noticed that, lately, he argues with me most of the time and notices my mistakes... we haven't spoken for days now and i realized that im starting to fall in love...

Before taking any action make sure it is love, beacause if it is that you are used to be around him and you miss him because of that, a serious relationship would be a big mistake. Now, if you really love him, then just wait and act accordingly (I know this tells you nothing).
It is very common for good friends to fall in love, and it happens more often than you realize. because in a friend you get what your heart needs without him (or her) expecting anything in return, that is what friendship is suposed to be. And when a serious relationship beguins, many times it takes a new direction (some times good, sometimes bad.) God Bless.

ok this is tricky. i had a best male friend and after 7-8 years of friendship we made the biggest mistatke by sleeping together (we were both vulnerable and on the rebound). well we slept together a few more times and feelings started to develop, arguments started to rise and it was a mess. eventually it led to the end of our friendship mainly b/c things weren't the same between us anymore. now on the flipslide i ended up dating a friend of mines and now were married with a beautiful baby!! so it could go both ways. i would say wait it out first.

Maybe he was starting to fall for you and got scared because he didnt think you felt the same way. So now he is trying to distance himself from you...
There are a million "what if's?"
Dont make wondering what would have happend had you told him how you felt one of them. If he is truely a close friend then he will be happy to listen.

be completely honest with........if hes a really good friend maybe it wont be that hard to tell him your true feelings. call him and tell him your sorry for what happened between you two and ask if why hes arguing with you lately
