She claims that god made her do it and she is pleaing insanity.

Because religion isn't a mental illness, even though some religions may sound crazy. Just because the woman said God told her to throw the kids off the bridge doesn't mean H e had anything to do with it. People who are schiizophrenic or otherwise delusional hear "voices" which they usually attribute to God or the devil.

Anyone who would throw her 3 kids off a bridge has got to have something wrong with her. That is not what moms do. I don't know of this case but if God told her to do it she is off base. And it is not just so called Christians that plead mental illness so do atheists, so whats your point?

Religion does not depend on insanity but it insists that persons should follow goodness,virtuous actions and worship God.It gives the lesson of humanity.As far as sacrifice is concerned all the prophets have given and there is no need of such.Only try to understand it.

why can miss America get on TV and cry saying she was influenced by new york and able to retain her title while just going to rehab.
why can a senator perform pedophile acts via a computer, normally jail time in any state in the USA, yet he gets off by going to rehab.
why can mel gibson get off from his slander comments and having a DUI when he attends rehab.
just goes to show that people in general no longer take responsibilities for their own actions. shows lack of parents teaching, lack of society, and lack of man himself.
1. the lady should be locked up for life
2. miss America should lose her crown and go home defeated
3. senator should be in jail for pedophile acts
4. mel gibson should be in jail for DUI and have lawsuits for comments

people claim insanity through religion when they do something horrific such as the woman killing her kids. it doesn't make her religious, it means she is using religion as a scapegoat. totally different.
