Just a question out of interest. I used to have sex in all of my previous relationships maybe 5 or 6 times a week or more. Now it's averaging around more like once or twice in my current relationship. We are definately less physical than I'm enclined but she's not particularly sexual and that amount is almost too much for her. I'm 25 and have been seeing her for over two years. So I'm wondering how old you are and how often do you have sex in your relationships and has it held at a steady level throughout the relationship and in your previous ones? Any thoughts or insights are also welcome.

I´m 28 and I have sex almost every time I see my boyrfriend, which is twice a week, because of work and families.
On previus relationships it was about the same, not because of libido but because of responsabilities and lack of time.
When I was married I probably had sex once or twice a month, of course I divorced and maybe that was one of the reasons.
I would have sex everyday if I could but not everyone is like me, so I respect the desire and time of the other person as well. But not twice a month again, trust me!

Im not with anyone right now, but i suppose you go where the feeling takes you, everyone is different, i mean if you are less physical has she told you why? maybe stress, or hormones is the cause, or maybe the initial spark has gone, i heard it does after a while, but you have to work at it!! Im sure you want more nooky, but you have to remember it isnt all about Sex in a relationship, you know the feeling of just holding each other, and spontaneous gestures, have more, i cant find the word, but do you know what i mean?
You and your gf should spend a weekend together, no interruptions, just you and her, be it abroad or wherever, and make her feel special, make her feel sexy, and im sure you two will be cool again.

I'm 22 and my boyfriend is 23 almost 24, and have been dating for about 2 years. We have sex around once to twice daily. If I think back to my past relationships it was pretty much the same. I don't know if you guys are into trying new things....but that may be a good solution. You can pick up a game for couples, or even like....body lotions. Maybe take her to a really nice hotel room for a night, and bring her favorite flowers....something to put her into the romantic mood. And maybe that will jump start everything again! Good Luck!

I'm 25 ... my man is 22 ... we have sex pretty much anytime we can ... Sat. and Sundays are my favorite ... I'd say anywhere from 7-10 times a week ... maybe more ... in my previous relationships I was never so sexual .. but he makes me feel like the sexiest woman on Earth and I want to jump his bones every time I see him ... lol ... I think a lot has to do with the little things ... he's always thinking about me ... he wants to please me as much as I want to please him ... it's always a win win situation ... the more sex I want the more sex I get ... the more sex he gives me the more sex I want ... if I'm not getting it .. then I really don't need it ... strange how it works ... !

I have been going out with my boyfriend for a little over a year and a half and in the beginning we had sex a lot, almost everyday of the week, more then once. Now it is down to about every other day. Usually it is me who doesn't feel like sex and turns him down but if I do I usually perform something else on him...

I'm 34 and I'm getting it a lot more than you but there again we are all different and there are so many variables that without all the facts I can't tell you if there's a problem. Look at it this way though - are you both happy? if so then there's no problem. Talk to her if you think there's a problem and at least discuss it. Whatever you do though don't compare yourself to anyone else because we're all different. I went out with one girl and when she was in the mood she would go like a rabbit, sometimes she couldn't walk afterwards we did it that much but then sometimes she wouldn't bother for days (although she did pleasure me to keep me sweet).

Well I am single now but I would say when I was in my relationships It was about 5-7 times a week ( I didn't live with any of them ) but toward the end of our relationships it dwindled as they had started to get on my nerves

Did you guys have more sex in the beginning? I think that you guys are probably about average for being in a 2 year relationship, but if it bothers you I would talk to her. It could become a major issue for you down the line, and you need to get something settled now.

36 and somedays we have sex 3-4 times a day but almost always 1-2 times a day but u have to have sex everyday if ur really in love i believe how can u not

been married for 10 years, at first it was every night, then after the kids, lucky if it was 2 times a month, now my youngest is 8 so pretty much every night after they are asleep. women reach their sexual peak at 40 so i've got something to look forward to in about 9 years
