If a guy says 'that a phone number from ur mystery man before i throw it out' what that mean. he also knew it wasnt a phone number. i know this is a joke and was teasing but does all this mean he likes me?

Yes he was joking. Even if you don't get the joke, it doesn't mean there was no joke. The best way to get back at someone like this is to joke back.
Him: "Is this your boyfriends' number?"
You: "Which one, Mark or Bob?"
or
You: "No, it's my lesbian lover's!"
or
You: "No, my boyfriend is smart enough not to leave evidence."
(note: always smile and laugh after a joke like that....)
