hi im a 15.yo girl and my height is --> 163.5cm
i want to be a runway/catwalk model ..
i want to grow 10 cm!.. . do you think that im goin to still growing?
i grew 4 cm last summer.
--> oh and please any product (facial and body) that can help me go white again is tht i dont like my skin color (tan) anymore! thanks! something that really works please! i need it!!! <--
oh i have the body of a model just not the height! and i have pain sometimes on my knees..

omg i wanna grow taller as well. i'm only 160 cm but i do know so things that might make u taller. for instance, you can hang on the monkey bars b/c that stretches your body, muscles. also you can do yoga. there are certain types of yoga moves/techniques that help people grow taller. but medically im not sure if there is any way to grow taller. i think i heard something about getting hormone shots in ur knees but im not sure. ur still pretty young so i think you'll grow taller! good luck!!!

you never know with height
it has a lot to do with qhwn ou hit puberty and got u period
you should ask yourr doucter enxt ime usee him/her
they often times can give u a good estimate

As far as the knees go, exercise your quads! It really helped me!
