I don't think its right for her to want to "give" her child up temporarily until she is ready to be a parent. That is really selfish of her because she is not even thinking of how that would affect the child! I can't give you a better option than either adoption or abortion.

It is cruel of her to want someone else to take care of her baby then when she is ready to just go and get it. That child would be bonded to the other people and vice versa. There are probably programs at the welfare office that will help her to pay for child care while in school and she can raise her own child. These are things she should have thought about before putting herself in this situation. This is a new life, she needs to take the responsibility for it or give it to someone else permanently.

there are many single mothers who work/go to school and take care of their children.i would sugguest that she see if she can get subsidised child care (cheeper in some cercumstances).its unfair for the child to have someone else look after it and then have the child taken from them.the first few years are most importaint in a childs life.does she not have friends who would help her?really if she wasnt ready and knew her situation she should have been a bit more careful.i hope it works out 4 her!

If she lives in the Uk and depending on how long she has she can apply to the inland revenue for help with costs for childcare, they will usually pay 70% of it if she is on a low income, and all mothers get 18.75GBP week regardless on top. Given her circumstances i think she would cope, you adjust and change for your baby and it does get easier. There is plenty of care and support financially out there for single mums. Don't give up so easily it will all work out fine in the end.
