i dont think 104 is bad i mean people say that because they would like to stay small i am 5'2 and 95 pounds and everyone tells me that to but take a look around your body probably looks alot better then anyone elses i guarentee it dont listen to everyone else. but if you would like to liquids are actually the easiest ways to gain weight food automayically turns into liquid so anything like that would be good. i still dont think you should worry though

Drink 2 to 3 gallons of milk a day or try weight gain protein shakes. There's always eating 6 to 7 full meals a day with working out.

Try to put emphasis on your diet where total calorie intake exceeds your body's energy demands. Thus the extra calorie can used to build tissue, whether is fat tissue or muscle tissue is also depending on what you eat. Thus, LESS junk food, MORE healthy food please. A weight gain diet designed for muscle growth call for more protein than the normal diet, that's why you have to carefully choose your food which are high in protein, low in carbs and saturated fats, for example, whole eggs or tuna. And don't forget about fibre in vegetables and fruits. It helps a lot.

Hope this information helps you a lot. By the way, I know a product that is suitable for your weight gain diet. It's high in protein, low in saturated fats, and is easy to follow. The product is Herbalife ShapeWorks. It has the nutrient you need per meal and a lot of people feel much healthier once they tried it. When I had a trainer he said to gain weight you have to eat about 4 or 5 times a day breakfast lunch dinner, snacks in between like 2 to 3 hrs apart, and work out. It'll turn everything into muscles and you ll gain weight. When we eat whenever we feel like it every 6hrs 8hr your body turns that into fat, but if you stay on a schedule every couple hrs eat something your body will turn into muscle, work out also.

Do weight training and eat a controlled diet

This way you will gain weight and it will be in the right places rather than just having a few extra pounds of flab on your stomach from eating loads of McDonald's (unless thats what you want)
