The girls usually pick me, I don't have much to do with the picking and since I'm a lonely guy I don't care about certain specifics. I might have to find her attractive but I find the majority of women attractive in some way. As for what I find attractive it runs the gamut and usually has little to do with conscious thought, all subconscious. But mostly I find the person inside is what determines weather I find the women attractive and mate material.

I have a long history of selecting mates who are mentally unstable, or other wise in need of emotional support and/or financial support.
For whatever reason, I have a 'knight in shining armor' complex... Once the woman has built up her self confidence, can hold down a job, and is more emotionally stable - we move on - she to a new partner, me to a new 'project'.
I've done that all my life.
I'm also very attracted to short brunettes... Not sure why. It might be that the best 'partner' I had in high school - and one I still regret not sticking with - was a short brunette...

Used to date a lot so I've made a few theories of my own and used to be very specific on what I was looking.. lol! With my bloke it was similarity in the way of thinking, sense of humour, security and of course I still fancy him like mad.. I never really thought of him as my type and we were just mates for a long time... luckily I threw away my list of attributes and gave him a chance!!

We dont chose who we fall in love with and I believe fate has a part to play too. I found my current partner by chance and we've been very happy together now for over a year, I was attracted to his voice, his sense of humour and his warmth before we even met in the flesh, when we finally did have our first date I knew then he was the one, after all how many do you know have a first date that lasts 13 hours?!

We all very different theories on what attraction is for me it was not looks but attitude, confidence, and intelligence. I was not at all attracted to my man at first, however once I got to know him as a person things fell into place.

I do not have a mate but, I have been trying to decide who is going to be my boyfriend. I have found the right boy, now all I have to do is to find out if he likes me. Now I decided on this boy not him looking like my dad, people say that girls try to find boys that look like thier dad. He is kind, gentle, soft-hearted,and really cute. That is how come I decided that he was the right person not only is he like what I said he was but because heart has found true love for him.

I was first attracted to my man because I love accents, they add an air of mystery. I also loved the way he looked as I am attracted to very different skin colour than me. But I chose him for his personality. He was a nice view, but he wouldn't have become my mate unless he was the right person for me.

Well... I've dated alot of different kind of men. I've been making this list of qualities I want and DO NOT want since I could date men. I started with the usual
1. Does not and has NEVER cheated.
2. Is ambitious
3. Had motivation
4. Not a mommas boy
and the list goes on and on. I've just added things to it for the past 12 yrs, and never flinched on it. Im completely happy with the man I am with now and I feel like we have a very solid future. Good luck
