tell him that if he does not get off the computer, you and one of your girlfriends will give him a makeover and take pictures of him or carry him to the bathroom and put him in the shower with his clothes on and then turning the water on and then you and the girl stand there lauging at him. Then after you are done with that and his hair is wet, both of you hold him down and do something with his hair. If he continues to be loud when you do this, then carry both of you carry him to your room put him on your bed and then get tape and then both of you hold him down on the bed and put tape over his mouth and then tie him to the bed until he is quiet and then tell him that if he behaves after you and the other girl do this to him, he will never have to get a makeover from you again.

You and your brother need to work out a system for using the computer. allowing so much time for both of you, say one hour each night. Brothers can be very annoying when you are young. I know I went through that with my brother, it was awful and at times I think I hated him. As we got older we started to get along better and finally in our adult life we became best of friends. My brother passed away at the age of 57 yrs, with an illness that caused him many years of suffering, that was 5 yrs ago and I miss him still and always will. What you are going through is temporary, try to see it that way. I hope you get to eventually enjoy your brother like I did mine. Good Luck Honey.

How old is he? Maybe, there is a way to reason with him? Or giving him a chocolate while you have the computer for half an hour? Tell your parents that you need the comp for studies, they should pay attention to that. About noisy - well, he is your little brother, he is full of energy, and wants attention. :) I'd say it is a good sign for a healthy developing boy.

Put a blocker on the 'puter so he can't use it at all, and then when mom and dad confront you about it, tell them since they wouldn't referee the problem between you and your bro' you just had to take the matter in hand the best way you could.

Be tolerant. He's your brother. Family members are not always going to be peachy all the time.
