Honesty and trust are the the biggest for me. I don't feel you can have a long term relationship without it. You can try, but it just doesn't work and really drags you down. Communication, not just talking but also listening. Respect, of the girl and her feelings. Someone able to take care of themself, not have to rely on anyone else to do it for them. I'm sure there's more but those are most important, to me anyway.

Every girl is different in her preference of those qualities are. However, the most common are usually someone she can be friends with and is a good provider.

Friendship, honesty, kindness, compatibility and passion are the ones that come to mind first. I guess those were the most important for me.

Respect for each other, communication, how they treat others and not just think about themselves, and also have the ability to cook or at least try to learn.
