my chest is hard place for me to lose weght from is an exercise that would help. Bench press?

Exercise targets muscles, not fat. Some fat deposits are notoriously hard to eliminate for some people. You can work your chest muscles all you want, but you may only end up with hard muscels under a layer of fat. Diet with exercise is the best hope. Some people just can't get rid of some deposits.

Your bench presses do build up chest muscles, but don't burn chest fat any faster than fat on the rest of your body.

In order to lose man boobs, you have to lose body fat all over.

This is because your legs contain the largest muscles in your body and so the burn calories the quickest and most efficiently. Combining cardio with upper body lifting will help you to lose that fat around your chest.

bench pressing,push ups , maybe some burpes.
