if you have some take an IB profin and drink warm milk(it makes you tired)and lie down with a heating pad (or hot washcloth)on your head and sometimes not having any caffeine can cause headaches so have a drink of whatever kind of pop you like and take it easy

Take some pain reliever..aspirin, Tylenol, or Advil. Which ever one you use. Then run some hot water in the bath tub and sit on the side of the tub and put your feet into the water. Don't make it so hot it burns the skin but as hot as you can stand it. When it cools some add more hot water. Do this for about 20 min. The hot water causes the blood to leave your head and go to your feet. Then go to bed and sleep. This helps me.

Usually some caffiene will help with a headache. For example, Excedrin Extra Strength is a combination of aspirin, tylenol, and caffiene. So maybe try to take some tylenol or aspirin, and drink some coffee or a coke with it. Hope you feel better soon.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Ok, lets see.... Could be many things, lets start with the easy ones... Could be: dehydration - major cause of headaches. drink more water. Blood pressure - How old are you and when last did you check ur BP? Fresh air - try switching off the AC if you have it and open the windows. Muscle tension - tense neck muscles cause stress. Pillow - try not sleeping with too many pillows. From an ergonomic point of view, you need something that supports your neck, NOT your head, when you sleep
