kbb.com will get you very close for free.

There are some other places where they can get the exact price for any given vehicle, but they will charge you for that information.

You can go to Edmonds.com and get invoice price.

There are also internet sites that allow you to have several dealers in your area compete for your business.

Some car dealerships also offer rebates if you are a recent college graduate.

Depending on the manufacturer of the car. Most american made cars MSRP is about as low as they can go. You might get them to drop the price a couple hundred dollars but good luck.
