If you defecate before your body has finished digesting the food, this could cause your stool to be green in colour because of the bile still in it. Also, if you ate a lot of green leafy vegetables this could cause it to be green as well. Sounds like you have the stomach flu or food poisoning!

Green means its coming straight from your liver. It shoots out so fast it doesn't have time to process to a darker browner color in your bowels. Sounds like you got a good case of the stomach flu. Be sure to drink lots of water and juices because you will become dehydrated in a very short amount of time. If it doesn't clear in 24 hours, get medical attention. I waited too long and was so dehydrated the paramedics had to come give me an IV.

Sounds like a stomach bug. Have you been to Taco Bell or The Olive Garden lately?

It sounds like gastroenteritis, more commonly known as 24-hour bug. After the vomiting stops, sip water, then gradually add other clear liquids. After you start feeling better you can move on to dry toast or saltines, etc. After a few days you should be feeling well enough to resume your normal diet.
If the vomiting and diarrhea doesn't resolve after a couple of days, consult your physician ASAP.
Good luck!
