I just can't stop masturbating. I'm 43 and although I'm in a relationship I find it necessary to masturbate at least once a day. I've been doing it since I was 16. I feel very comfortable with it though. Obviously, the Internet has opened up huge opportunities. I'd like to reduce the frequency of my habit, does anyone have any ideas?
I also swear too much, poke my nose. I enjoy poking my nose, particularly in the mornings just after I wake up - this is when my bogies are very crusty and are easily hooked out with the finger nail. I don't eat my bogies though, not like some disgusting people.
Although I have so many bad habits I'm very satisfied and happy. In fact I have to say that regular masturbation keeps me young looking and I can relate to my sons and daughters problems.
I do hope this answered your question. Must skip, I'm just off for a ****.

the habit I find the hardest to break is trusting a guy enough to say yes when he asks me out.
I'm soo picky about what kind i'm looking for now because of past experiences that when a guy shows intrests I either tell myself that 'i'm not intrested in a guy like him' or i automatically start looking for whats wrong with him

the hardest habit i had to break was staying in touch with an ex boyfriend..... he was the first guy who i ever truly loved, and it was difficult admitting to myself that we just weren't good for eachother. it's been about 5 years since i last saw him, and i still miss him to a certain degree, but i also know that it would totally mess with my head if i ever got back in touch with him.

This was a who for me....and I finally got rid of her this year.
I dated someone a few years ago and she treated me badly but 'I loved her'. Sounds pathetic to my own ears now but then I was terribly blind and I lost someone else very special in the process. This year I broke the habit and got rid of them from my life so that next year I can get out there with no lingering baggage! My heart misses the special person I missed then remembers what an idiot I was to have believed andkept the first person in my life... we all live and learn! x

well the worst habit i had was nail biting, bit them since i was a kid, never stopped, and they looked ugly, my hands are slender and i have long fingers, but my nails made them ugly.... i was serial nail biter...but for the past 2 months i have not touched them and they are growing great, i thought it would be a habit i would never break...but i did it....and i am happy that i did....

The everyday life, it's hard to break through to accept new ideas and views, to make the monotone something else. It's hard, scary and exhilarating!

Self-harm, I've stopped but there is always the need to do it again but I fight against it. That has helped me gain emotional stability.
