I have lost almost 5 stone in 6 months with it;

PS Atkins diet is awful, it makes you ill!!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

There is no outstanding way to lose weight. The best way is to eat normally and cut down on size of portions. Grill all food where possible, instead of frying it. Steam all vegetables instead of just boiling them. Cut all excess fat from all meat, as animal fats are very high in calories which you need to lose. Try wholemeal bread or crispbreads instead of white. Cut down on bread and potatoes, substitute them for more vegetables of your choice. Always do at least 10 - 20 mins of exercise, everyday, if you have a tight lifestyle.Drink plenty of water, I mean plenty as this will flush all bad impurities out of the body At least 8 glasses a day.

First thing U must DO is Wake up Early in Morning & Start Excersing..In Evening also Keep a Routine to Excersise.. Drink More Juices.. Eat Less Food.. Avoid all Oily Stuffs.. Avoid Sleeping more than 4 to 5 hourss... If U don't get Slim.. I will Die with mah Reciepe..

Every night before you go to bed do a routine of simple exercises, for example if you can do 25 press ups until you are practically dead, do 20, then if you can do 50 sit up before you're practically dead, do 45, if you do this every night you will be able to do more exercises and get thinner and lose weight!

okay, low-carb is a controversy but it worked for me. Understanding that low-carb is only a brief part of weight loss. I used South Beach, I got it at the library. I've added back in good carbs and feel great. In the beginning however, I lost 20 lbs in one month and I exercised. Yes, I felt tired while cutting back on carbs (don't cut them completely, carbs are in almost everything anyway), but then I started to feel great after about 2 weeks. Good luck!

well watch what you eat and here's a full proof way if you walk 4 miles every day thedn if a week you can loose five puds it may not seem like laot but its the healthy way and four miles wont even seem like four miles if you haev an ipod or something and i also recomend getting a pedometer so yo uknow how much you are walking
