My parents are always so busy. They work hard. And they don't get to see each other much, 'cause my mom works in the morning and my dad works at night, and one leaves before the other gets home. They try their best to get together so all of us can go somewhere. And*pant*pant* I was thinking of giving them a gift. ONE gift. Any ideas?

write them both a letter telling them how much you love and appreciate them as well as what you have learned from them, then frame it.... :o)

Give them a gift card to their favorite restaurant or for the movie theater. Or get them tickets to a baseball game. Make sure they use the gift together though.

How about a gift certificate for one night at a fantasy hotel. Dad can be Tarzan, Mom can be Jane. They can play hide the monkey.

i have an idea. well ill cost money but you can:
*plan a dinner so all of you can be together
* ask there bosses to give them the day of(dont tell them)
*or make them something
*or buy them something like a really happy gift card so they can be happy too.

how about a hotel room. get them to go somewhere alone for a few days, it'll help them relax and spend time together. It might cost a good bit though

Tell them to take a vacation and you provide to them as a gift or maybe a cruise or take them to the casino.
