I bought Season 2 of Lost awhile ago, and it didn't give me all of the episodes. I reported a problem, and itunes responded by giving me more episodes, but I am still missing one, and when I tried to report a problem, an aler window came up saying that I had already reported a problem, and I couldn't anymore. Help!

Go direct to Apple corp and around the iTunes area.

uninstall itunes, do the reporting and then reinstall it.
