I would say that the artist took liberties with a script font and made it their own.

I slighty resembles "Loki Cola" but seems to be more controlled. But at the same time is reminds me of the one of the "Shelley" fonts.

it most likely was drawn by hand, by the tattoo artist.. it might not be a font.
