My Handicap is 12.
Expect it to be this way when you get married and have kids and the wife doesn't want you wasting time and money on golf!
Don't believe the lies when she says before your married that she doesn't mind you playing and practicing all the time. It's a lie to hook you!!!

It's okay. The average 14 year old that has played golf for a while would be somewhere around 18-20. Just keep playing and practicing (read: putting is essential) watch your handicap drop.

Beer handicaps my golf ability. 0-6 beers I am a 8 handicap. 6-10 beers I am a 10 handicap. 10-18 beers I am a 14 handicap. Over 18 beers I am drunk.

I honeslty have no clue! I usually lose all my balls before then end of the round. Birdies and pars the first few holes, then bam +10 on up after that.

I play golf in the 70s. I don't play if it gets any cooler.
