See if there is a beauty school in your area. I went to the Paul Mitchell School of Beauty and seriously got the best haircut of my life-and it was only 10 bucks!
Otherwise, I would eat and work the ends with a sharp pair of shears. don't cut straight across, cut more at an angle, and work in small sections, little by little.

How about a tech school? Or a beauticians learning school.
Often they have styles that are ahead. And they try to do the best job they can, they want good grades. Very low priced, a five dollar bill, maybe.
But don't let to many different ones at you if you can help it.
How about a home haircutting book? And a good pair of cuticle sizzors.
If you are really careful, some parts around the face don't seem to difficult anyway. There are different angles you can try. ///// This one /// is the easiest and that will angle it toward you're face.

You can't repair split ends. The only way to take care of it is to cut them off. 12 dollars is usually all it costs for a haircut.

Eat and clip the ends yourself or get a friend to do it. Trimming the ends will get rid of the split ends.

You can try a beauty school. They will give you are haircut for really cheap. I got my hair cut once for $5. They are okay if you keep it simple. OR you can try yourself.

do you have any friends that have a little experience with hair cutting? what about your mom? if not, there are places that will do it for like $6-8. Im sorry you are having money problems but if you buy food that you can prepare (like rice, instant pasta) its a lot cheaper then ordering food and going to places like mcdonalds.

Well, if you don't have a sibling or a good friend who can do it for ya, you may just have to do it yourself. I haven't had mine cut in a salon in years, and I am often told how nice my hair looks. I guess practise makes perfect.

You could risk cutting it yourself or if you have a friend or something that you trust you could get them to help you.
