u'll need ur birth certificate and ss card to replace a lost license. been there, done that. after they verify u had a license, they'll make up a new 1, but there is a fee for it. i'd get ur license replaced asap before u wind up in trouble u dont need.

The only way to do this is to go to the DL bureau and get a new one. It will probably cost you a few bucks, but there is really no other way. You don't want to get caught driving without it.

Go back to the agency that issued your license, tell them it's lost. They will cancel that one, and issue you a new one with a new number. There will probably be a charge, but if someone finds your license and tries to use your information to steal your identity, it won't work since the old number will be flagged as lost or stolen.
