For what type of product/service? You typically cannot make profit off of a commercial, other than charging the fee to create it (and for your creativity) It is highly unlikely that anyone will share in their profits based off of advertising such as commercials. Now if you are thinking of a new product or service, and have the commercial thought out, it is a whole different story.

If you have databased (which is legally belongs to you) then you can perform "a permission mktg strategy".
Whereby merchants will pay you just to tap and sell to your based which is 100% managed by you as the data belongs you.
For such strategy the quality of your data is very important.
Good Luck.
