He dumped for anther girl once and he says that he still likes me but i am scared he will try and hurt me again.

Well, still liking him is not a problem per se'. But, you got dumped twice and if you go back it will be three times. It should not matter that he still likes you.
You are giving him the opportunity to use you.
Think about the best, long-lasting relationships you have encountered - have any of them followed the path you are taking? I would bet money the answer is 100% no. Follow the example of a good relationship to be in a good relationship.

well if he dumped you 2? times b4 then it showes an ability to not keep a relationship going. or hes a dreamer and keeps hoping for someone better so everytime another girl comes along off he goes. But either way its bad. Think of it not from your point of view but think of it as if your friend was doing that and was going to go with him. Don't give him another chance to hurt you. Do you wanna be the kind of girl that gets hurt by a guy then welcomes him back with open arms?

well i've muffed up a relationship with agirl b4 n have still liked her n all i can say is, trust ur instincts, all guys say they still like a girl n then still have attractions to other girls n try to hook up with em' its just how we r i dont kno why but i'd say dont do it,ur better off finding someone who u never gotta worry about hurting you, but if u do decide to b with himagain keep ur guard up for awhile until he can prove to u that he can b trusted again.
i had to learn from that mistake when i made it, and she kept me on a short leash..

He will. I had the same relationship. Break up, together, break up, together. It was horrible! Even when we broke up for the last time I was devastated. But, you will be amazed the moment you find some one new.... ohhh how fast those feelings go away!!
