23. canned vegetables need to be drained then while in the can fill the vegetable can full of cold water and drain to remove the salt content!

do not eat frozen dinners or appetizers, pizza, fried food, canned soups, canned dumplings, canned beef stew, potted meats, pasta sauce in the jars, most salad dressing, frozen breakfast foods, all lean cuisines, chips, mexican food, chinese food, and all fast foods.

If you can get it Passion fruit juice, called Parcha in Spanish is good for lowering blood pressure, drink some daily. It is also delicious.

I would say to eat a pretty normal diet that includes low sodium, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains.
