within, many many times.
I just wonder why the guys that stood up in front
of congress and swore (under oath) that they didn't
know that smoking was hazardous haven't been
jailed for contempt of congress.
Granted were only talking about a few people
here (less than 10), but ... talk about a crime that
ultimately cost millions of lives! Jeez.

They did on behalf of medicare, there was a very large settlement worked out years ago, it's still being paid off.

It sounds like it has.
But no one is forced to smoke and it would put a bunch of people out of thier jobs.

I think it has. There have been numerous law suits from government health organizations and that's why there's the warnings on cigarette packages.
