Nearly everybody living in cities have cell phones, though I think most people hardly ever play the games on their phones, even though phones with bright colour screens are already a majority, at least where I live.
I'd call a mobile game a "jogo de celular" ou "joguinho de celular." Most phone retailers will use the English word "game," instead of "jogo" for the "coolness" thereof.

Mobile game means "joguinhos de celular". Basically joguinhos means little games. Because cell phone is small I'm playing joguinhos instead of jogos. Celular is cell but instead of saying my telefone (phone) celular I just say celular.
1 - Mobile games isn't popular in Brazil however people play the "cards", "snakes" on their cell phone when in a long trip (e.g. bus)
2 - Brazil has over 70 million cell phone users. That means: it's a lot comparing to the Brazil population of 190 million. Any class (poor or rich) have cell phone just like the Internet.
