i was talking to one of my friends when this question poped up. i think it's kinda gross but i never really heard of it before.

No lol, hickeys form when your skin gets sucked on and it makes the blood vessels pop...or something like that. i dont think your toungue has blood vessels. But my tounge has had a good amount of action and its not gotton a hickey lol...thats a good question though.

I don't know but if you got one how would you tell? And why would you want someone sucking on your tongue long enough to put a hicky on it? Yuck!

Of course your tongue has blood vessels. But, I doubt that it would be very easy to bruise, as the tongue itself is pretty tough skinned. I'm sure it is possible, but, not easy.
