Is it just the Catholic religion that says in the name of the father the son & the holy spirit?

Why say in the name of the father and the son and the holy spirit..blah blah blah. I mean who are you thanking..only one who provided you with food ..not 3 or 4, and that one is Allah (swt). Thank Him alone for He is the one who deserves to be praised.

No, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ.
That's the way He told us to pray.
