Is it possible to get a true friend if yes what percetage{aproximate is there?Why people change without any rime n reason/Is it in their character or just by habbit?

As the saying goes, change is the only constant. Everybody changes at some point of the time. Our thinking and character changes too. I do believe that it is possible to get a true friend even though I'm not sure of the percentage.
