Okay, if I remember correctly:
First you will be directed to a page, then scroll down to the bottom part of that page and select 'FREE'. Next, there will be another page which might ask you to wait for like a minute, and once that minute is up it will ask you to enter some text and numbers for security reasons, and then select 'DOWNLOAD from blah network' or whatever. That will start the download.

When you get a link to the file you want to download, click it and go to the bottom of the rapidshare page and it should tell you down there when your download will start.. usually about 1 minute or less to wait before it's ready.
