I appreciate everyones opinion some funnier than others like tellin me to RUN or kill the biiatch, but instead of gettin a restraining order do youthink i should have indepth convo with her about why we need to cut ourselves off from each other? cuz even tho yeah she gets on my last nerve i dont want nething to happen to her, im not shallow i care about her i'll always have a special place in my heart for her but i just want to end things normally without her crying and feeling like she cant go on without me god i hate that How do i get her to stop having feelings for me as strongly as she does, i gotta let her down easy when we're not even together havent been for years. im kinda gettin sick of talkin about this but when she gets off work shes'gonna blow up my phone and i already left her a message last nite sayin i didnt want to talk to her nemore and then she left me a message sayin the same ol **** n wants to die n all this crap should i just ignore n c what happens or what?

You just have to cut of contact. Don't return her calls or respond to her threats. All result in attention from you which is what she wants. She's nuts if she's willing to kill herself over being dumped. Every time you give her attention, she will try harder the next time.
It's nice you don't want her to get hurt, but when you break off a relationship, people get hurt. The key is to be compassionate without selling yourself short. This girl really needs a wake up call, but it's not going to come from you. You can't fix her. She was probably broken before you got her. Just let her go, show her no emotion, and don't talk to her. If you must say anything, say I'm done talking to you, it's over. And, leave it at that.

Change your phone number. Do not answer your door if she comes over. Totally ignore her--no contact whatsoever no matter what. If she threatens you or threatens to hurt herself, call the police and make a report, but do not run to her aid. She will get tired of being ignored and will eventually move on. Staying in touch with her will only prolong the agony for both of you.

do you remember the movie with Merrill Street and Michael Doughlas where she cooked the childs pet rabbit at the end....you do? well, she had emotional problems to and you wanna be a hero to that? If that were me I would move out of town, like Hawaii or something.

You know what sit her azzz down if you havent already and tell her it's not working and she has to move on with her life.
