I would suspect the house, yes, it may have some type of allergen causing these problems. How do they feel when they're away for a bit?

There could be mold growing in the house. Fungal infections can manifest as a myriad of symptoms and can be nothing more than a nuisance or deadly serious. I don't know who exactly could check the house, but look in your local phone book or google it and I'm sure these is testing available. I would go back to your doctor as well and ask about the possibility of mold. There are probably blood tests to see what's going on there. I've heard some terrible stories about people having to move or even have their houses torn down if the infestation gets bad enough, so I'd get things checked out ASAP. This is a worst case scenario though. Still check things out though, better safe than sorry. Hope things get better for you! Happy holidays and be well.

Yes. Possibly mold, but maybe not. Sometimes, that will happen as children's immune systems get used to the new place. In the old house, they were immuned to everything, but now, it's new germs and new everything, so it may take a little while for them to become immuned to that house. Also, are your kids allergic to pets? Maybe the previous owners had pets and left all that "pet stuff" in the carpets.

You need to have the house checked for mold and should look into getting some air purifiers and running them in each room of the house. Carpet can also cause these things... maybe you need to get new flooring.
