5' 2" and 126.5 pounds is NOT fat. Anyone who says it is fat is nuts. One Body-Mass-Index calculator I checked said for a 5' 2" woman you should weigh between 100 and 121 pounds. Another BMI calculator I tried said you were just right! There are not exact estimates, but you are about average. It depends on the individual, though. In the end, consider this: are you eating right? Are you exercising? You've lost 30 pounds, so you must be doing something right. Being healthy and happy is what is most important, and you have a lot to be proud of! You shouldn't worry too much about the exact number, which is arbitrary. Congratulations and good luck with your future health goals!!

That is a BMI (body mass index) of 23.2, which is within the range of normal (goes from 18 to 25) and not associated with increased risk of heart disease, OSA, joint disease, and most other obesity-related illnesses. However, for a woman, it is sightly over ideal weight for that height, which tops out around 120 lbs, for a man, it's within the range of ideal weight at that height.

No. I've dated girls about that. That seems just right. And you shouldn't measure in half pounds. I'm sure you look beautiful!
