Grilled is best (for my taste). Lemon alone is fine. You could add some grated Parmesan cheese and paprika.

I always do grilled It's easier to control the temp and keep an eye on it. and you can marinate it in whatever sounds good to you- I usually do lemon juice and capers and garlic but you don't have to listen to me cuz it's just personal taste.
