me too, i have chronic toothache ,had it for 3 days now, what a martyr.
i must go to dentist tomorrow but like you i dont know how much it will cost yet, i'm taking paracetamol to help it.
pulling teeth solves the problem and i believe it is cheaper or you can ask a friend to pull it.have plenty to drink and give them a pair of pliers, just hope they get the right tooth.
try a clove against the area, hold it in your mouth and this helps to ease the pain too.or even better clove oil.
nah....go to the dentist and plead poverty.

Ow. That looks like it would be really uncomfortable :0( Can you go see a doctor to ask what you can do? A doctor could probably give you the best advice, and might be able to find someone who can help. I know it's expensive to get your teeth fixed, but there might be something you can do. Good luck! *EDIT* Ignore rude answers...People can be jerks.

Why are talking Private ? are you in the UK? If so if you are in pain get emergency treatment (local hospital) you may not need a tooth taken out or a filling, just get your teeth checked out soon as poss

oh... definately just get a filling. don't get your tooth taken out. it wiull really be okay. i've had a root canal done and i advise you to get your filling right away before it turns into a root canal situation. but, if it already has, you'll be alright. good luck.

a filling isn't all that expensive maybe 125.00 if that. Trust me, you don't want to pull it. If you were having a root canal then you may want to consider pulling as a root canal costs a 1,000.

it depends on what the problem is..it may not require a filling..it may be that you have been clenching your teeth which can give the same symptons..first you should get an xray to check for caries..but don,t have the thing out...i am a dental nurse by the way..good luck
