Because skeletons lack muscles. One requires muscles to move from point A to point B. Therefore, unless the Christmas Party is being held in the same location that this particular skeleton's muscles deteriorated, it is unlikely that he would be able to travel to the party. Besides that, the skeleton is Jewish.
