Ingredients

81 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Bacon bits
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 c. (heaping) Chopped Onions
2 tbsp. Parsley
Mashed Potatoes
1/2 C. Butter
Methods/steps
Prepare potatoes as directed. add 1/2 c. butter. Let Cool slightly. Mix all ingredients together and place in SPRAYED pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 Degrees.

I like Hash browns cut into larger pieces and a little spicy.
I like Onions, garlic and light pepper.
I found the best potatoes are ones that are home grown.
Growing potatoes is not that hard.
A trick, when cultivating a Small amount of potatoes is to contain them in a heavy plastic bag while growing them. You use good soil have a few holes in the bottom for drainage and let the tops grow out the top of the bag.
This way the soil that the potatoes are grown in are separate from other soil.

2. Boiled with rosemary
3. Au Gratin
4. Baked
5. Potato chips!
6. German hash
7. Fried in a pan with rosemary and carrots
8. Raw - Yes, I actually eat raw potatoes
9. Hash browns with ketchup!
10. Fries - too greasy unless they're homemade

ooooh, I LOVE potatoes. I love them mashed with gravy, or sour cream on top. I love potatoe skins, baked, fried, in perogies, french fires. mmmm. OH! And can't forget potatoe chips. I love all potatoes.

Red Potatoes roasted in olive oil, garlic and tons of seasonings. And sometimes i like to put a little cheese over them.
