i cleaned a lot yesterday and I am having a hard to,me breathing today and my chest is burning, is there anything that i can do to help breahte better.
does anyone know why this happened and how long it's going to take to go away?

It's the chemicals in the cleaning stuff you used that's eating away at your lungs. If our houses were regulated like factories you would have to wear chemical suits and breathing apparatuses with neoprene gloves plus proper training on the chemicals to make sure the wrong ones weren't mixed to prevent causing noxious fumes from mixing in the air before we could touch any thing.

Take a couple hits from someone's inhaler or Can you buy over the counter inhalers?

u may just over done yourself. plus being around all that dust doesn't help either. try getting an air purifier for your room. I'm sure you'll be fine.
