The Irish in the above sentence is not perfect but it seems that the writer is trying to say the following:

I do not like you....and I read that you are not taking sex again.
I hate you.

A breakdown of some of the words:
Ní : negative
Maith: like
Thú: you
Leamh ( as it is written would mean; 'render impotent' but I think that the writer may have omitted the accent which makes it the word 'léamh mé': I read.
Ag tógáil: taking
Gneas: sex
Aris: again
Fuath: Hate
