I work at a bowling ally, today when I got off of work I found that someone had broken out my passenger side window... two days ago the same thing happened to someone else. Also someone had stolen anouther person's license plate. Since this has been happening on the bowling ally parking lot, are they responsible for paying for it? They even have security watching the lot.

Possibly. If there is an ongoing problem, it may be the property owner's responsibility to provide effective security.

It seems that there is an ongoing problem. They provide security, but apparently, not effective security.

You may be able to recover damages by filing a report with the bowling alley (and police). If they refuse to cover the costs, you may be able to get a judgment in small claims court. However, they may terminate your employment.
