This question never gets old because you can wake up every day and say "certainly THIS is the end of time today".
No. Prophets are wrong more than right yet people cling to that hope that if they see enough sunrises the prophecies will come true. There will be an end time, but for all we know it will manifest itself as the sun heating up and boiling all the water off the surface of the earth (we're pretty sure that's coming - you don't need to be a prophet to see that).

It's good that somebody recognizes the signs of the last days prophesied by Jesus. And yes we are living in the last days in which he spoke of would be a significant time period starting from 1914 that would lead up to a divinely appointed execution that marks the end of this present system of things.
Even before the year 1914, the Bible Students (later known as Jehovah's Witnesses predicted that 1914 would be the beginning of the last days. Two points to consider is 1) Bible chronology and 2) the events since 1914 in fulfuillment of prophecy. Starting with Bible chronology, in Daniel 4:1-17 it shows that this prophecy had a fulfillment on the Babylonian king, Nebuchadnezzar. But in verses 3 and 17 it shows that this has a larger fulfillment. In the dream God gave to Nebuchadnezzar, God promised to give "to the one whom he wants to... even the lowliest one of mankind." This lowliest one was not doubt referring to Jesus.(Phil. 2:7,8; Matthew 11: 28-30) So the prophetic dream points to the time when Jehovah God will give his son Jesus rulership over mankind.
Jesus showed in his prophecy that Jerusalem would be "trampled" on by the nations, until the appointed times of the nations" were fulfilled. The Bible tells how long such governments were permitted to exercise control before Jehovah gave the Kingdom to Jesus Christ. Daniel 4:16 says "seven times," or seven years. According to the Bible when calculating prophetic time, a day is counted as a year. (Ezek 4:6; Num 14:34). Revelation 11:2,3 clearly states that 42 months ( 3 1/2 years) in that prophecy are counted as 1,260 days. Seven days would be twice that, or 2,520 days. Applying the "day for a year" rule would result in 2,520 years. From reliable Bible chronology it indicates that the counting began 70 years before 537 B.C.E. to 607 B.C.E when Jerusalem was first taken captive. This brings us to October 1914 C.E.
This was the time Jesus started ruling in the heavens. At the same time Satan and his demons were hurled to earth. (Rev 12:12. As a result we have so much wickedness as never before in this world. Although most would argue that we always had wars and food shortages and other "pangs of distress" never had mankind witnessed these wars and other catastrophic events on the same scale and degree as we seen in the 20th Century before! The world first witnesses not one but two World Wars where many millions of soliders and civilians were slaughtered. In WWI alone 93% of the popualtion of the world was in some way involved. Within the previous 2,000 years, there's been an significant increase in major earthquakes. The 20th century alone has witnessed many food shortages and has seen on a large scale this increase in lawlessness and a drastic decline on morality.(Matthew 24:11,12). The many things that plague mankind such as diseases like cancer, diabetes, AIDS, heart disease, and etc as well as other problems seem to only be getting worse.
But also in these "last days" the good news of the kingdom would be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations. No doubt Jehovah's Witnesses are the only ones fulfilling this very prophecy at Matthew 24:14 where the good news is being preached worldwide. We look forward to the time where Jesus will set up his kingdom on earth._ Matthew 6:10

Definitely. It's always the last days. It was the last days in Jesus' time. It was the last days when the calendar hit the year 1000 and again in the year 2000. The Christian Crusades happened during the last days. World War I and II were both the war to end all wars and they both occurred during the last days. It's the last days now and it'll be the last days 100 years from now and 1000 years from now. Get used to it.

Being Jewish, I don't buy into the so-called "New Testament".
I don't subscribe to all this "end of days" baloney.
I do believe that someday, the Messiah will come, but there is no way of knowing when that day will arrive.
What I've been taught, is to concern myself with the here-and-now, not the afterlife.
In other words, do what I can to help my fellow humans.
The rest is Gods' business.

I suggest you go play on the Los Angeles freeways during rush hour to confirm that these are indeed your last days. The world will end when it ends and when it does there will be nothing you can do about. Love your family and friends and stop worrying about the end of the world and start caring about the here and now because that is where you are.

I think these are the last days.
The apostasy is happening, there are many wars occuring, famines, earthquakes, disease, etc.
If it's not the end times, then we are in for a longer struggle.
Jesus did say that these were just the beginning of our woes.

Each day is a day closer - no one knows the time or the place, but we are to be prepared as if it were to happen right now, in the blink of an eye.
