Hey krsteague,

Start with where she is from. Go to the town where she died, or write or call or email. Get their process form, fill it out, and send it in with the requested fee.

The location is critical to our ability to assist you. Here is an expensive place to get the records, but you could get them locally cheaper (towns). The towns keep the records, and pass them up to the states/country. Then you pay a lot more.

Deborh was not found in Family Search. there are some Elefritz entries though.
