If you eat and can't gain weight. Try working out, you will gain weight and muscle tone.

Have you talked to your doctor? If they say your underweight they can make suggestions of how to gain weight and do it safe. Just because your 75 lbs means nothing. You can be 4 ft tall or 5'9. I had a doctor once say he would rather see a thin kid because he knows they are healthy unlike a fat kid. Weight traing can be an option but watch over doing it because you can cause muscle damage since your still growing. My son is 5'3 and weights 92 lbs. He has a high metabolism. The doctors office suggested he eats shakes, malts, cheeses, high carb, and eat more meals in a day. Normal people eat 3 meals. They suggested he eats 4 to 5 meals a day. Talk to your doctor before you take advice off here or online.

Weight training exercise. Cardio exercises like running are good way to lose wieght, but strength training will help you gain weight because you build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.

Be thankful its way better than fat. Just eat healthy and don't worry about it. You'll gain more weight once you age.
