Enchiladas the way my mom made it when we were growing up - with Old El Paso enchilada sauce, ground beef, and Velveeta. I still like to have them made like that sometimes when I just get that craving.

Ever have those moments when you're taken back to childhood?
When I was eight my Dad took me to Austria (it was nothing like as easy then as it is now) and I was given a small glass of something clear, alcoholic, warming, and tasting of pears. I loved it and asked for its name - in German it sounded like 'Kaiserburn.'

So for most of my adult life I would go into posh liquor stores and ask if they had anything clear, alcoholic, warming, tasting of pears, and sounding like Kaiserburn. I accumulated the most disgusting range of sticky sweet liquids you can imagine. Then many years later, on holiday in South Africa, someone gave me a drink and I was eight years old again. It was a pear schnapps. Glorious moment.
